Build a Clinic & Pharmacy in Senegal

Build your legacy by building a clinic to provide children and families access to free medications to cure life-threatening diseases, and give them hope by sharing your message on the clinic wall.

Our representant in Kaolack, Senegal, Cheick Aliou, is in charge of the clinic work.

Cheick Aliou is the official representant of Cisse Niass Project in Senegal. Cheick Aliou also built and manages an orphan village in Kaolack, Senegal. Cheick is our main contact and responsible for all initiatives regarding the CNP clinic and pharmacy.

Cisse Niass Project was created in 2014 to provide humanitarian aid to the Senegalese people. We saw the need to help improve their quality of life.

Our Goals

Cisse Niass Project will save over 1000 persons each year from Malaria with the clinic in Kaolack. We will be able to lower the mortality rates of infants, immunize children under the age of five and reduce by 53% incidence rate of pneumonia in children under the age of five.

Healthcare for all

One of the most common causes of disease outbreaks in this part of the world is the spread of mosquitoes. Mosquitoes can carry a wide range of blood-borne illnesses, including malaria, a potentially fatal disease which can devastate a community. The organization will work to address this problem in several ways. First, they will educate the communities regarding the ways that mosquitoes breed and spread, and the importance of not allowing stagnant, contaminated water to sit. In addition, CNPC will distribute mosquito nets to members of the community, and educate them as to the proper use to protect themselves against mosquitoes.

For Families & Children in Senegal

Proper medical care and facilities are also a valuable tool towards maintaining the health of a community. The organization will build a medical clinic that can provide medical examinations and a pharmacy. Volunteer doctors and health care workers will staff the facilities, and international health care professionals can come in to support the staff and provide training to local medical workers.

People can come to these facilities for medical examinations, which will allow for the proper diagnosis of illnesses and injuries. Another critical aspect to the medical program will be educational. The clinic will offer educational services, teaching the local community about the importance of hygiene, preventative care, proper nutrition, and more. The pharmacy will be able to provide medication for chronic illness, acute conditions, and other treatments as directed by medical professionals.

Stop Malaria

In sub-Saharan Africa, 28 million live births are not protected malaria.  Cisse Niass Project’s mission is to decrease financial barriers to accessing pre and antenatal care for women.  Additionally, roughly every minute, a child under five dies of malaria, that accounts for 1,200 children dying per day.
